An initial list of entertainment for the upcoming Iowa Renaissance  
Festival has been posted to the website:

As in past years, there will be a few new acts brought in and the  
return of many favorites from past years. Notable for 2007 is the  
Iowa debut of "Joust Evolution," a new jousting troupe based in Iowa.  
The lead jouster has performed in Iowa with different joust troupes  
over the past decade, and this new venture will be the first of its  
kind based in Iowa. (It's the team that will be the "home team" for  
Iowa's only permanent renaissance festival, the Des Moines  
Renaissance Faire.)
